Sedap, cair dimulut (melting in your mouth), sangat gebu.
Bahan A:
250gm buttercup
60gm cream cheese (Ummi guna brand Tatura)
100gm gula icing
2 biji telur kuning gred A
1/3 sudu the garam halus
Bahan B:
250gm tepung ubi kayu*
250gm tepung jagung*
* disanggai @goreng tanpa minyak
Hiasan:
Cheddar Cheese yang diparut secukupnya
Caranya:
1. Pukul bahan A hingga sebati
2. Masukkan bahan B, uli hingga sebati
3. Canai & terap dengan acuan bunga
4. Tabur parutan cheddar cheese diatasnya
5. bakar pada suhu 160C selama 18 minit
6. Angkat, sejukkan atas redai sebelum disimpan dalama bekas kedap udara.
